The service

Hearthstone sends enrolled users one interview question per week by SMS or email and preserves the answers they choose to record in their instance’s private archive. The service is invitation-only: users enroll through the administrator of their family’s instance, and there is no public signup.

Messaging program

• Opt-in: you receive messages only after giving documented consent to your instance administrator at enrollment.
• Frequency: typically one message per week, plus at most one reminder per question.
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
• Opt-out: reply STOP to any message and you will not be texted again. You can re-enroll any time by asking your instance administrator.
• Support: reply HELP or contact your instance administrator directly.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your recordings

Everything you send remains yours. You may ask for a list of your recordings, mark any recording private (it is then encrypted and stays sealed until you choose to share it), or withdraw any recording from the archive at any time.

Acceptable use

The service is for enrolled users of an instance only. It may not be used to send commercial, promotional, or bulk messages of any kind.
